Muhammad Yousaf is the Founder and Executive Director, Engineering & Projects at ENGINOVA Consulting Engineers, bringing more than 22 years of global experience in engineering, design, project management and technical leadership across major international organisations and complex, large-scale projects. He holds a Master's degree in Project Management, awarded with distinction in the United Kingdom.

He has built a distinguished career leading large, multidisciplinary engineering and design teams responsible for delivering projects with values reaching into the multi-billion-dollar range, spanning oil & gas, petrochemicals, energy, commercial buildings and other major industrial and infrastructure developments. He has held senior engineering and project leadership roles with globally recognised organisations including SABIC, JGC Corporation, Samsung E&A, Descon and APOC — building deep expertise in global engineering practice, project delivery frameworks, multidisciplinary design management, technical governance and stakeholder coordination.
